01 | Analyzing Objectives
The key objectives are identified and our sales consultants are able to develop a strategy to achieve such goals.
02 | Preparing The Proposal
This process typically requires 24-72 hours after the Analyzing Objectives stages. Proposals are typically delivered to prospect clients by Fax or Email, or mail.
03 | Invoice & Agreement | |
An invoice and project agreement (contract) is sent to a new client. The contract includes criteria, cost, payment terms and project timeline. The agreement may be sent and returned by Fax, Email, or mail.
04 | Acquiring Materials
This may include existing media, branding materials,
written copy?etc. It may be delivered in person, by
portable media (CD, DVD, USB), or digital copy by email.
05 | Graphic Design Stage
A ?workflow? link/URL showing all sections designed is provided to the client. After one week a complete draft is ready for review and we gather feedback. Once feedback is received the Project Manager instructs our design team to make any necessary revisions as per
feedback received.
It?s the responsibility of the Project Manager to make additional recommendations in this stage to ensure that the design is entirely up to current standards and does not steer away from the initial objectives established in the Analyzing Objectives stage.
06 | Web Development Stage
The client is given a ?working demo URL?, which is a link where they may view on-going progress. Typically in these stages there are updates to the working demo URL every 72 hours.
During this time it is encouraged that the Client
communicate any feedback he/she may have directly with the Project Manager.
Once a working copy of the website is complete the client is notified and we move on to Testing and Implementation.
07 | Final Testing | |
We also perform mobile and tablet responsive testing on various devices.
After a complete review the website is then moved to the live web hosting account and prepared for launch.
08 | Let’s Go Live! | |
All clients have a 90 day warranty period after going live to report any issues, or request any minor changes (within the initial project scope).
